Yep, makes no difference where you are! I have noticed though it seems to be younger people though so I think no matter where we are young people more and more are just not taught the same respect they used to be.
Whenever I get into a conversation with people about their dogs, or even their children for that matter I always tell them they are gorgeous or beautiful no matter if they are or not!
