I had to laugh....I have spent many nights sleeping on floors with pups!
The other thing I have done is put a carrier up on the pillow next to me so that a sick pup can sleep in it.
I am happy to hear he is doing well.
Also happy about the neighbor. Hopefully the insurance will pay the bills. I think they probably will.
