The batter was less salty, and thinner and crunchier. The dill itself was more crisp and snappy. The okra was soft on the inside, but thankfully not gooey like the raw okra I was afraid of. They sliced them into little rounds. The tomatoes were good, and a bit crunchy too, like unripe? But I wouldn't want a ripe tomato battered and deep fried. The only other time I had green tomatoes they were pickled and not fried. Don't remember where I had those but they were pretty good.
