Oh, that is so inconsiderate and rude! My Romeo is somewhere between 15-16 lbs and he is ALL YORKIE. I often get the "what breed is he" look from people but I keep walking without a comment. Romeo will not allow someone to pet him until he's done sniffing out their face and hands. I've had instances where people have walked up and stuck their hands in his face and he will show them teeth and growl -- I almost want to say "serves you right for trying to touch my son!"
