I'm so sorry for your loss, I recently loss my first furbaby and I can sympathize with how you are feeling. I have finally got the point that I can look back and smile instead of cry. Take all the time you need before getting a new little pup. Lola had joined our family about 1 week before Kiwi passed and I do thank heaven for her, she has kept me busy and made the house not feel so empty without him. And even though I still have a hole in my heart without Kiwi, Lola has taken a corner of it. Remember the good times and take it one day at a time. It gets a little easier everyday.
