I am sorry you are having these issues with your yorkie. My yorkie is on a prescription diet and I have never fed her NB.
She used to be on Fromm surf and turf and she loved it. Her eye boogers were very minimal while she was eating that. It's a great food too!!
I can't speak for the scratching and gas as she hasn't had any of those issues but I would definitely think about trying a new food and maybe visiting the vet/dermatologist to see if she has an allergy to something in the food. It sounds like your baby is miserable and if the tummy is gurgling and there is gas there is definitely a problem.
