I would say the hawaiian papaya.  I'm sure the others green work too.  But I don't think we import too much of the others.  We have it in abundance here.  I love green papaya with chicken soup.  And the hawaiian papaya ripe is so good.  My hubby loves chilled ripe papaya.  Just so happened my friend texted me late last night that she had some huge green papaya and squash for me.
