umeboshi? That's how I know it as. don't know if I spelled it right, but I love those! Very salty and sour! And it looks so pretty on top of a bowl of rice.
I had the fried pickles, green tomatoes and okra from Lucilles last night, they were really good! I liked them better than the pickles at the fair.
