Thanks for everyone's concerns and advice.

I took her back to the vet this morning and we discovered in the new x-ray that the pin bent a little, so now she is in a splint. I'm way more comfortable now that the leg is supported, she's not as comfortable but she'll get used to it. At least now the bone is supported and I don't have to freak out as much with every little move she makes. Still needs bed rest but can stand a little better on her own now to potty and eat and drink.
