I am off for a business trip tomorrow and I thought Teddy (7 months old) was to be at home with my husband, but then he just found out he's got to fly out on Wednesday too. Not sure if this will be of any use to you - but this is the list our pet care provider gave us, for if/when Harry has to stay over:-
Food + treats for the duration of the stay
Bed + 'mummy smelling' blanket
Towels
Food + water bowl
Harness + lead
Brush
Toys
Certificates of Vaccination
Any necessary medicines
Poop bags
Harry's crate
