What is cotton coat? Lucas has wiry fur, sheds very little, and it hasn't grown hardly at all for as long as we've had him. I had planned on keeping his fur short anyways but haven't had to make that decision!
And yes, he looks like all 3 of the dogs mentioned in this thread except that he only has a single layer of fur and his chest is rather narrow and not that deep.
