It will get better! When I got Cali 4 months ago my almost 9 year old cranky pom hated her. This morning for the first time ever, Cali was sleeping on my pillow and the pom wanted to come up on the bed, which she hardly ever wants to and she went over to Cali and layed right next to her. The last day or so I have noticed she is watching the puppy and I play and just a change in her interest in the puppy. She still growls at her but she seems to be much more accepting. Good luck I am sure she will settle in just fine real soon. |
