Awww! Poor thing! I too don't think I would say anything. You never know if you might offend them, even if it is just a hint. But I'm from the South originally. I was raised to be very polite and not say anything that I thought might hurt someone's feelings. And too, like the others said, you never know what might be going on in her life. She may be going through an illness, loss of job, etc. I do feel sorry for the poor Yorkie though. Maybe he wil get a good grooming soon.
