Last summer we tired not to turn on the ac too much. We spent alot of time in the pool to keep cool. Gus really didn't care for the pool too much but he would run back and forth and play in the water on the ground and have a ball while the kids splashed. If I noticed he was getting too hot I would put his lower body in the kitchen sink to cool him off. I can tell he felt a lot better after that. He would run like crazy were as before he didn't even want to play let alone run or even walk. He just wanted to lay on the cool tile.
