I dont think I would say anything because you really dont know whats going on in her life. Sammy's hair on his head and face grows very fast and if we wait even a week to long he looks uncared for but hes not. Callie depending on the weather and stuff can get greasy looking after a few days also she has environmental allergies and does take meds for them but sometimes when we go out they still get a little runny and goopie although I do take tissues with me to dab at them. Also there can some times be a wait at the groomer so she might just be waiting until her groomer can get her in.
