Some Yorkies are more prone to eye gunk than others. Some look horrendous if not done daily. Also, my Mojo can look greasy 4 days after his last bath. It really is hard to tell with a stranger. Maybe she was on her way to the groomer... maybe she'd been sick a couple days, etc. I think our babies can look disheveled very quickly. It's really hard to tell without knowing the person. Of course, we didn't see the baby in person, either. If you were shocked, I'm sure it had to be bad.
