You got it! Bear with the fact that there are zero measurements. Fried pickles are an art of eyeballing.

Pat dill pickles dry. You can use dill chips or spears. Spears give more pickle taste, chips give more breading taste. Set aside.

Combine seasoned bread crumbs, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and garlic powder in bowl. I don't measure anything, but you can adjust spices to taste. I tend to load mine down with cayenne because I love spicy.

In separate bowl, break a couple of eggs and wisk with fork. Coat pickle with egg, then in bread crumb mixture. Then coat again with egg and bread crumb mixture so the pickles are extra coated.

Heat oil on stove and fry coated pickles until nice and crispy and goldeny brown and perfect.

So easy and so delicious!
