I love all things pickled!
The best fried pickles i've actually tasted was from the Hooter's here. LOL Gotta be fresh cause they wilt from the heat pretty fast. I also like the Gardeniera(sp?) pickled veggies esp. the cauliflower.
My kids LOVE pickles, kim chee, and all that sort. I make cucumber kim chee that my kids love. They always ask me to make it. Best made with Japan Cucumbers though. I love sour kim chee too. There is this Korean place here that uses it in their Bi Bim Cook Soo. I love it! My sil used to work there and would only order it if the Kim chee was just right.
