Have you tryed to lure her out with treats or things that she like (maybe a favorite toy)... then if she comes out don't take her in the living room... just comfort her (pick her up, hold her, you know what to do) in the room that she's in, and gradually move towards the living room. Do this as slowly as she wants you to (meaning if she tries to escape from your arms while you're taking her to the living room then take her back into the room she was in and continue comforting because she's scared she needs to feel safe and protected)... and whenever she atleast gets in the living room... praise her, tell her good girl, you can even give her a treat (so she can associate the living room with a good nice place where she gets treats instead of the place with the scary box)... gradually move her closer to the tv (as slowly as she wants you to go)... and praise every time she doesn't cowar from it... Now this may not happen over night, but its the only thing i can think of (associate the tv with praise and treats to get her to like it)... well its either that or get rid of the tv lol. Hope I helped and good luck!!!
