Oh goodness your story sounded like mine before I got Romeo... thought I'll just board him and go on vacation. Since this little guy has been with me (26 months now) I refuse to take a vacation unless I can take him along. My sister and mom are available to care for him if I have to go away but he is quite a picky eater and has never spent a single night away from me so not sure how he and I will handle separation. Our babies sure do take over our hearts...LOVE LOVE LOVE
