A lot of people use peanut butter, but Jackson never liked PB anyways, and it wouldn't be my first choice as a treat.
I like to put plain no fat yogurt in there and freeze it.
I use canned food as well and freeze that. Sometimes I'll stick a few pieces of kibble in it and then "seal" the Kong with the canned food.
