I like this idea. Rectangular pad. I would probably want a way oversized pad. I tape half of a pad the the wall, and use a second to place under it to give Kaji room to potty. Kaji not only walks when he poops, he also walks when he pees!!!! Giving him a target on the wall makes him happy because he can lift his leg, and it actually helps keep his paws dry. I've also tried a a pad holder, but Kaji peed outside of it way too much. He never lifted his leg, but his aim is off. He aims better when he lifts his leg.

I've really wanted to try the system Uni uses. I think it's a litter tray with a disposable pad inside. It sounds nice because everything is contained. But I know if I tried, Kaji would not potty in there. Too confining with no room to roam and find the perfect potty place.
