Please take her to the vet, it could be an allegic reaction to her food, or something else, my Prada has very dry skin, and it was agravated by the food she was eating, I switch her to a grain free kibble and the vet recomended an oatmeal based shampoo with lots of conditioner, after a couple of months of bathing he every two weeks and feeding her the grain free food, she got a lot better and the flakes and the itch were gone..
I since then switch her to a shampoo and conditioner called Calm Coat, I love the smell and it keeps he coat and skin healthy .
