This was where my vet basically left me at. That she initially thought it was pancreatitis due to increased lipase levels, but after his cPL test came back normal, she told me it could have just been a GI upset. He never showed signs of acting incredibly sickly, he still had energy, etc. It sucks not really KNOWING for sure!

But I am so glad Gizmo is doing better Keep us updated still!
