I believe they were found in a park in NC. I don't think they know who the owners are, but I hope and pray they can find out and prosecute them.
Good news! Marley is doing better and will be discharged today. Then the two boys will be taken to their foster home for further recovery. For the first time in their lives, they will be loved and cared for! Bless their sweet little hearts! |
