Both Simon and Hallie do that all the time! Hallie will only eat if I'm watching her so if she gets hungry in the morning and there is leftover dinner in their bowls she will go get a mouthful and bring it to me in bed, sometimes she drops it on my face and proceeds to crunch away! Simon usually takes his under the table and eats it.
I agree with the idea to get them a cheap little rug to put under their bowls or just put the baby gate up when they are eating! |
