Bring some supplies for cleaning up in the car if your new baby gets carsick. I wasn't ready for Sebastian to puke all over my lookout seat on the console of my SUV. I stopped at a Walmart and purchased something to clean it all up.
Chew toys, plush toys, pin brush (without the ball tips) for grooming, shampoo & conditioner (lots of threads on that stuff and recommendations here in the forum), dog food (your breeder should send you home with a small supply - decide what you'll feed so that you can mix the food in the first few days while you have breeder food).
