No, it's sort of large and soft. I found another post of someone whose yorkie had something that looked similar on her yorkie's back but she did not post what it was. It's the size of it that bothers me. It doesn't seem to bother him at all and he is so old now I don't what to play around with it unless it's necessary. I've heard of fatty tumors but am not sure what they look like.
