Tibbe doesn't like things that go "pop" or the den curtain rod and the sound it makes when I close the curtains, though he's no longer running from the sound and stays put, though watchful. He used to bolt from the room when I did it. He learned this fear when the curtain rod fell from the window and onto him one day when I was at work. Came home and found it down and Tibbe scuttling into the living room when I started to reattach it. It is very lightweight and didn't hurt him but sure did scare him and just about the time he was getting past that fear, it happened again when I was here.

He's fearless in thunderstorms even though I am scared and he's fearless when he hears sounds from outside in the night, barking to alert me if he hears something different. He is also not fond of walking through close quarters where he doesn't have much room on either side. For something so small, I think he's terribly brave!
