I like reading all the different things your babies are afraid of. Makes me think Oz isn't so strange
Ozzy is afraid of anything on the sidewalk that's different; like on garbage day he's afraid to go near the garbage cans, or he steered right clear of a hanging basket that someone had put close to the sidewalk.
We ended up throwing away the retractable leash we had because after three times of dropping it and having it "chase" him - he running and "YIPE YIPE YIPE"-ing all the way, he became really scared of it.
We've been really careful to give him good associations with things like the vacuum and hair dryer, and he's not bothered by loud noises at all.
