Just a quick note:
So far the manufacturers are telling me it takes up to 4lbs of pressure to release the breakaways. That tells me that the breakaway may keep your pup from hanging if his/her collar is caught on something, but will not necessarily protect them from any tracheal problems. Please remember if you dog has tracheal problems or a stint you should not use a collar. Collars are for tags and ID purposes only. NEVER walk your pup by the collar only by harnesses.

Good side note! I agree, I would never "walk" a small dog on a collar!! We use harnesses on our babies!!
As far as making them now...I would really like to have them before 10/15. We are going to a festival with the girls and I have a tag with their microchip info and their names and I would like to have the collars for that!!
