I did received some of the hardware this weekend. I am waiting on a second type of breakaway to arrive so I can compare the two and decide on which of the two is easier to pull apart. If you want to wait you can or I can go ahead and make your collars with the breakaways I received.

Just a quick note:
So far the manufacturers are telling me it takes up to 4lbs of pressure to release the breakaways. That tells me that the breakaway may keep your pup from hanging if his/her collar is caught on something, but will not necessarily protect them from any tracheal problems. Please remember if you dog has tracheal problems or a stint you should not use a collar. Collars are for tags and ID purposes only. NEVER walk your pup by the collar only by harnesses.
