Congratulations on the new addition to your family! Let the two figure things out for themselves. Unless they harming each other, don't intervene. Do everything for Maya first to reinforce that she still comes first. You can encourage togetherness by playing with them together or when it is safe, walking together.
Be patient. They will bond. Sometimes it takes weeks or even months for the bond to fully develop.
