I would not want my boys to be studs because life with a stud dog is much more challenging. Marking is enough to turn me off to the idea. Then there is the pre-breeding testing ($$$) and all of the risks of actually breeding. I prefer to enjoy my boys as pets (besides, I was contractually obligated to neuter my boys because they are pet quality, despite how wonderful I think they are
