Perhaps he's just too busy right now? How long have you had him?
I know my boy is more cuddly than my girl, but as time goes on, my girl is becoming more affectionate. They really all do have their own unique personalities, just like people do. Also, I seem to notice as the weather gets cooler, suddenly everyone (both dogs and all 4 cats) are on top of me at all times! I'd like to think they're looking for affection, but secretly I suspect they're leeching my heat.
