Well I guess I am an insane mother whose brain cells are not connected
because I see nothing wrong here. Kids love to play in the rain, as long as it is safe to do so...no lightning, not cold! He is 13, I'd think he is old enough to know when to come n out of the rain if he wanted! I can't imagine the mother would turn him away if he wanted to go inside, if she did then that would be different, and I wouldn't let him go again!
