I have never heard of a Yorkie going into heat at such an early age (course, I have not heard a lot of things - LOL). My little Abby started a little humping at 5 months, but it is just a dominance thing. She is not going into get fixed until she is 7-7.5 months (she is pretty small so we decided to wait a little longer than usual). My vet said not to worry about going into heat until 8-9 months - course, he was talking about Abby specifically.

Abby tried to hump Max the night before he went in to get fixed - I thought that was funny especially with the timing. But I called her name and then they started playing again. Silly little pups.
