That is how I feel about ANYONE getting a dog. I am just as sad to see a person getting a HUGE dog when they do not have the space, or time to walk them. I hate for people to think of dogs as possessions rather than living creatures who need a 'forever home'. We currently have a neighbor who keeps a lab-type dog on a leash tied in the back of their yard. I seldom see anyone out there with him, he frequently gets loose and is scared of people. I just wish they would find him a better home.
