I also have a service dog. I wondered if the tags on your dog is all you use for ID purposes? I have a service dog vest with patches and also have little buisness sized cards that has all the legal rights from the ADA i can pass out in case their is any trouble . i have no trouble with taking my dog anywhere. I am very surprised the hospital gave you such a hard time! I would definatley follow up on it , that was discrmination for sure!
