I went to the ER with my dad tonight because he was very sick. Kaos came with me as always because he is my service dog and is ALWAYS by my side. He is licensed with the state and I carry his Dept of Health NYC ID and Tag at ALL times. After serveral explanations that hes a service dog to nurses/doctors/ and at least five security guards, that had NO knowledge of the law...
they made me leave!!!!
I am SO sick of being discriminated against because I'm a 21 year old verteran with PTSD and a 4lb service dog!!!!
I'm sorry I needed to vent. It is so upsetting.
