If you know it's been a short time since she ingested it, you can induce vomitting to get most of it out. My vet recommended giving hydrogen peroxide. I would call your local ER vet and ask for a recommendation.

The theobromine in the chocolate is what is toxic to dogs. Theobromine affects the central nervous system as well as the cardiovascular system. Someone here posted a chart that shows how much chocolate it takes to be toxic. I'll see if I can find it. But in the mean time, if you are at all concerned call or high tail it to the vet.
