The only medication he was on until yesterday was the Reglan, which they gave him last Sat. He is now on de-wormer meds (even though he has tested negative - twice) as a precautionary measure, and on anti-nausea pills for the next 5 days. We won't know the results of his blood work until Tues or Wed. The vet did say if he got any worse this weekend that we would be referred to a specialist. He has vomited a few times, but very small amounts and not near as often. The good thing is that on Mon he weighed 3.5 and now he weighs 3.11, so he is getting the nutrition he needs. Hopefully he ate something else (again) that we have to work through and it's not anything more serious. He is in great spirits today and is not acting like he is starving, so I guess feeding him small amounts multiple times a day is working. |
