This one should be an easy one for the vet - a simple skin scraping, look under a scope for bacteria, and go from there. Could be a bit of local pyoderma, but that's usually more reddish unless progressed further - then can look brown and flake/scab a little. Vet may be able to just Rx and ointment first, rather than anti-bio. Is her urinating okay?
