Awww. I really hope your Vet can get to the bottom this or, if he is stumped, he should not hesitate to refer you out to a specialist.
Poor baby. It seems like there should be some anti nausea medication he could be on while they try to get to the bottom of things.
You have been very diligent in trying to help him get well. If your vet can't do it; I would start thinking second opinion.
Hopefully, someone else will come on who knows more than I.
