I picked up Brutus from the vet on Monday, we fed him a teaspoon (what the vet recommended) of ID food every hour for 4 hours. On Tuesday we fed him 4 small meals and he vomited once. Same thing on Wed. The problem is that he is starving (not literally), but he devoured his food and would cry. If the reason he started vomiting was because he ate something that didn't digest, how long will it take to come out? I am asking because yesterday he got sick 4 times, and I feel like we are back to square one. All of his tests were fine at the vet, but I feel something is still not right. He is going to the bathroom like clockwork, so I know he is keeping some food down, and he is just as playful as ever. Another question - if he just has something in his stomach that hasn't came back up yet, what does being on the ID food do? I am calling my vet. |
