Well I live in Hawaii so it is more expensive for groceries here. For a family of 2 adults, 1 teen, 2 kiddies...we spend about 900 a month. Not including eating out...which we do about 2x a week.
We do splurge on better cuts of steaks and some of the veggies are organic with costs more but is worth it. I do like to try different recipes so a lot of the time I have to buy ingredients that I won't normally have. T.V. is usually on FoodNetwork Channel.
