How does the puppy look and act today...first rule of breeding...do not freak out.
These things are quite common with puppies...unless the puppies rectum is hanging out and dripping blood, it is JUST stuck poop...

I see why people are afraid to ask a simple question here...
I am sure her butt is sore and that is why she is acting different...get some meds and treat it...trim the hair, lub the butt area..add a bit of canned food to the dried so the stool will not be so hard...

AND...if it is something worse, the vet will tell you and you can freak out...and when you are done freaking out, you fix it...
