I am SO HAPPY this is being addressed. I almosted contacted Admin after I received her junk box. I think our box was at least 2-3 weeks late, I don't remember. I may give the GE another try as I thoroughly enjoyed our first one (Shoefelmeyer was our 2nd.)
Thanks for letting us know you too had a bad experience with her as well. Everyone is tired of her lame excuses.
