I really wish I saw my own breeder in that way. I asked most of the questions when we first went to see raisin, but I also volunteered a lot of information about the research I'd done (which Still wasn't enough

) and what kind of home environment she would have with us. After we'd had her a couple of weeks, I called her when I had a few questions and it seemed that she would rather I not have called at all, saying that the other person that had gotten a puppie from her hadn't called at all with any questions or problems, almost seemed that she preferred it that way. The last time I called I offered to send pictures or updates she declined. After reading on here about the relationships between a lot of the breeders and the families this is not what I anticipated. She does seem like a nice woman who knows a lot about the breed, but I guess I thought she'd just have more of an attachment to her and want to know about her.
