I don't know why your dog is crying. If she is not sick, then she is probably protesting the new dog. In time she will stop. I am sure this is very trying. Maybe your Vet should be called again, perhaps he can give her someting mild to help with her crying.
I wonder why you have not spayed her. My friend lost a dog when it had to have surgery. She was terrified about having her Yorkie put under anesthesia so, she never had it spayed. It is ironic that her dog developed a huge cyst on her ovary and had to have surgery when she was 10 years old. She had the surgery and was fine. Two posts were made while I was writing. I agree with Rhetts mama take her to another vet.
